Is Your Website Internet Explorer 9 Compatible?

Back in March of this year Microsoft introduced a new version of Internet Explorer: IE9. While this is not important to a lot of people it should be to those of you that have a website.
If you have a website you can’t just assume that it will look the same across all major browsers. These days compatibility issues across different browsers (well, mainly different Internet Explorer versions) are becoming a nightmare not just for website owners but more so for web developers.
There are a lot of different browsers out there to choose from which all have the potential to make your website look average; Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera, IE. To this there are multiple versions of each browsers which can be a recipe for disaster if you don’t have access to a web developer who knows what they are doing.
My 5 cents, if you have a website but don’t own a PC with Windows 7 (new Microsoft Operating System that is a minimum requirement for IE9) or have access to one you have a couple of options….
1. Call your web developer and have he/she check your websites compatibility with IE9.
2. Visit the IE Net Render Browser Compatibility website. Enter your web address and the site will return a screenshot of how your website looks in IE9. http://ipinfo.info/netrenderer/
